Description

Screening of germplasm collections of forest tree species and neglected legume species provided in the frme of the FORECAST Consortium (germination tests, electrical conductivity, reactive oxygen species quantification). High-throughput characterization (metabolomics, ionomics) of seeds of species/genotypes selected based on quality level. Design of optimised seed priming protocols. Dat elaboration and drafting of manuscript for publication.
