Description
The candidate will be expected to co-design and conduct studies in pedagogy and didactics, withparticular reference to eco-pedagogy, multispecies education, and new materialisms, adopting a mixed-methods and case-study approach. They will develop qualitative and quantitative tools (e.g., questionnaires, arts-based methodologies, diffractive analysis) suited to complex educational contexts. They will be required to observe, analyse, and interpret the affective and experiential dimensions within school and educational settings, design innovative educational interventions, and evaluate their effects at both individual and collective levels. The role also entails the following activities: integration of theory and practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and scientific communication.
