Description
the research activities will concern the analysis of theagronomic response of minor cultivars to the practices applied in the olivegroves under study (pruning, soil management, fertilization and irrigation).The effect of agronomic practices on the aptitude for processing will also beevaluated, with particular attention to the consistency of the pulp, the growthof the drupe and the uniformity of the color. The activities will also includefield monitoring of parameters related to transformability, such as colorevolution, ripening progress, mesocarp structure and drupe integrity.
