Description

The research activity will focus on the study of processes involved in cardiac regeneration, with particular attention to the relationship between cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts in the context of cardiac tissue damage and remodeling. The project involves the use of in vitro and ex vivo experimental models and the application of cellular and molecular biology techniques to analyze the response of cardiac cells to different stimuli. The aim is to deepen the understanding of the mechanisms regulating cardiomyocyte proliferation and the role of the cellular microenvironment, in order to contribute to the development of new research strategies in the field of cardiovascular regenerative medicine.
