Description
The research project aims to explore contemporary forms of youth participation through an intersectional perspective that takes into account identities, power relations, social inequalities, and territorial, educational, digital, and cultural contexts. It also seeks to develop, test, and evaluate the effectiveness of methodologies designed to foster greater inclusion of young people in participatory and deliberative processes within school settings and community organizations. The fellowship is part of the 42-month Horizon Europe project “Sincrony”. Research activities include completion of the pilots aimed at testing the I-PARD intervention model, and evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of the intervention through quantitative and qualitative methods; updating the training materials based on the outcomes of the pilots and collaboration in the implementation of communication, dissemination, and impact activities related to the project.
