Description
The activities of the research fellow will focus on the following areas: • review of the scientific literature on methods and models used for the analysis of individual data modalities and their integration; • application of statistical and computational techniques for the analysis of multimodal data in the context of MDS; • use of AI methodologies for data augmentation and imputation through the generation of synthetic data; • implementation of machine learning and AI models for multimodal data integration; • development and implementation of pipelines for the analysis of specific modalities (with a focus on histological and cytological images) and for multimodal data integration; • contribution to the preparation of technical reports and scientific publications.
