Description
The candidate will be involved in the experimental activities of the RettStore project focused on the development and optimization of gene therapy strategies aimed at MECP2 gene repair. Specifically, the activities will include the culture, maintenance, and manipulation of primary cell lines and pluripotent stem cells, the execution of molecular biology experiments and functional analyses, as well as the use of flow cytometry techniques for cellular characterization. The role will also contribute to the production and validation of viral vectors and to the experimental evaluation of the efficacy of gene-editing strategies in cellular models of Rett syndrome
