The project analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on public procurement. Specifically, the researcher will be responsible for:Regulatory Analysis: Examining the Italian and European regulatory framework (AI Act, Public Procurement Code, PA digitalization) to identify constraints and opportunities.Process Mapping: Identifying the procurement stages that can integrate AI and the related skill requirements.Case Studies: Analyzing best practices and risks (transparency, algorithmic bias).Digital Learning & Guidelines: Designing training models and operational tools to support the Federica Web Learning Centre in ensuring a responsible and compliant adoption of AI in public administration.
