Description

The research project entitled “Advanced management of the 4.0 paradigm for the optimization of production and stock in a pasta factory (GRANO 4.0)”, CUP: C87B25000280007, admitted for funding by the Minister of Economic Development (pursuant to art. 9, paragraph 8 of Ministerial Decree 09.12.2014), with reference to the Development Contract “De Matteis Agroalimentare S.p.A.” (prot. CDS001364), aims to develop an advanced monitoring system in an industrial pasta factory in order to improve the efficiency of the production process. The collection and analysis of real-time data through innovative sensors based on IoT technology will enable an in-depth understanding of the performance of machinery and production lines, identifying inefficiencies and critical points and allowing the implementation of precise and effective monitoring.
