Description
The research activity focuses on the development of advanced tools for the visualization and interpretation of multilayer networks derived from complex biological data. The project emphasizes the integration of visual analytics, graph learning, and prioritization methods to improve the exploration and readability of high-dimensional networks. Interactive interfaces and complexity-reduction strategies will be developed to facilitate the analysis of relevant biological patterns and relationships. The final goal is to support researchers and computational biologists in the interpretable analysis of complex biological systems
