Description
The person in charge will have to design, develop and experimentally characterize optical metasurfaces for application in the field of optical, guided and/or free-space communications. In the design phase, the person in charge will have to optimize the metasurfaces with respect to the application: a) in the choice of materials and structure, so that it is possible to manufacture them in a factory among those available both in Unipd and in other centers; b) in the achievement of appropriate specifications (depending on the application). The person in charge will then have to experimentally characterize the developed metasurfaces, in order to confirm the achievement of the project specifications
