Description

The project will uncover novel mechanisms of immune regulation of leukemogenesis, with a particular focus on innate myeloid immunity. The ideal candidate should have a documented background in basic and/or tumor immunology. Specifically, prior experience is expected in:i)isolation, handling, and culture of primary immune cells, with emphasis on innate myeloid cells;ii)implementation of experimental systems to study interactions between immune cells and tumor cells;iii)preparation, acquisition, and analysis of cell suspensions by flow cytometry;iv)ELISA-based cytokines/chemokines profiling;v)molecular techniques;vi)preparation and analysis of immune cell samples for immunofluorescence and imaging-based approaches...
