The research program is part of the project "UE HE ERC MICROTOUCH Segata" GA n. 101045015 CUP E63C22001400006 and of the project UE HE AAVOLUTION Cereseto [40104108] CUP E63C22001590006. In the context of microbiome transmission, the researcher will need to develop a computation framework that will be applied to a large catalogue of prokaryotic Mobile Genetic Elements (MGEs). (...)
