• Management of the pre-analytical and analytical phases of plasma and whole blood samples• Preparation of reconstituted samples with increasing concentrations of Factor V (FV)• Performance of coagulation and immunological assays (PT, aPTT, FV activity and antigen)• Thrombin generation analysis (TGA/CAT)• Development and management of cellular models for safety assessments• Preparation of dose–response curves• Support for the standardization of procedures across participating laboratories• Management and analysis of experimental data• Contribution to the preparation of scientific reports and publications
