Description
The research activity will specifically involve carrying out tasks related to the various stages of the raspberry breeding program, as well as those of other species, ranging from the selection and implementation of crossing combinations to the techniques for selection, phenotypic evaluation of seedlings and derived selections, and the analysis of sensory and nutritional quality. The research program also requires expertise in crop management, the application of different phenotyping methodologies, fruit quality control, and raspberry propagation techniques. The activities will be carried out primarily at Battistini Vivai, located in Cesena, Italy.
