Description
The candidate is expected to have proven experience in investigating the functioning of marine ecosystems through the analysis of trophic networks and ecological interactions among organisms occupying different trophic levels. Activities will include the collection, organization, and analysis of biological and ecological data; taxonomic identification of biological samples; analysis and interpretation of stable isotope data (δ¹³C and δ¹⁵N) and molecular data (e.g., metabarcoding and environmental DNA, eDNA); and the integration of these approaches to reconstruct food webs and trophic relationships.
