Lipid droplets (LDs) are dynamic organelles involved in energy storage and metabolic reprogramming, playing a critical role in colon cancer progression. This project aims to optimize Raman micro-imaging protocols for quantitative and compositional analysis of LDs in colon cancer cells, integrating spontaneous Raman microscopy and Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS).
