Description
This one-year research project aims to extend a validated nanoplasmonic sensing platform coupled with machine learning for the multiplexed analysis of prostate cancer (PC) biomarkers. Building upon our demonstrated ability to detect and classify ultra-low concentrations of testosterone using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) and ensemble learning models, the project Will investigate up to ten clinically relevant PC biomarkers, including steroid hormones and protein markers such as PSA and related molecular variants.
