Scientific-Disciplinary Group

08/CEAR-04 - Geomatics

Description

In accordance with the Guidelines for Risk Classification, Safety Assessment, and Monitoring of Existing Bridges and the related operating instructions published by the MIT and ANSFISA, the project aims to implement a digital platform for managing maintenance and monitoring activities for linear infrastructure. This platform will focus on integrating various data types and technologies and will be based on BIM modeling. The model generated from the geometric survey will develop an interface between geometry and non-geometric data, particularly that derived from inspection and monitoring activities using sensors. Prototyping will implement the Guidelines up to Level 2 but will be prepared for extension to subsequent levels and must rely on the use of widely used IT tools to maximize usability by operators and stakeholders.
