Campionamento liquido ruminale e fecale da bovini in prova. Capacità di applicazione procedure analitiche per estrazione DNA, purificazione e quantificazione dello stesso, preparazione aliquote per sequenziamento, gestione dei dati in uscita, capacità di elaborazione degli stessi, in termini di isolamento delle sequenze (batteri, protisti, funghi, archea, virus), e analisi biostatistica.
