This project investigates RANBPI as a regulator of the genetic-metabolic vulnerabilities ofTh17 and Treg lymphocytesin neoplastic and autoinflammatory models shaped by an inflammatory microenvironment. The study Will focus on thecontrol of purine metabolism and lactate signaling, with emphasis on purine- and lactate-dependent epigeneticmechanisms, including chromatin remodeling, histone modifications, and histone lactylation
