Description
Characterization of the new adipocyte specific Kv1.3 knock out mouse model at the systemic level (weight, insulin and glucose tolerance, blood triglycerides), at the tissular level (histology, RNA extraction and qPCR analysis protein extraction and WB analysis) and at cellular level (free fatty acid uptake, glucose uptake, mitochondrial morphology and function) under control conditions, after high fat diet or cold exposure.
