Description
The project explores the most controversial aspects of the legal framework governing the appointment of healthcare managers. It analyses the selection process and subsequent events affecting organizational arrangements, focusing on legislative developments, case law, and jurisdictional conflicts that spark contrasting interpretations. The study seeks a balance between the autonomy of healthcare institutions and the principles of impartiality, efficiency, and transparency. Ultimately, the research aims to assess how these managerial appointments impact the organization of the National Health Service (SSN) and the effective protection of the right to health. Project outcomes will be disseminated through scientific publications, regular research meetings, and academic seminars.
