Description

As part of the Digital Innovation Observatories, the research pursues the following objectives: - analyse the evolution of the literature on the role of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) in Human Resource management processes; - examine how AI is reshaping work organisation, both at the individual level and in team collaboration dynamics; - explore the interactions between AI adoption, flexible working models, and leadership styles; - investigate the opportunities, critical issues, and organisational implications related to the use of AI in workplace settings and Human Resource management.
