The Research Assignment, funded by the mentioned above project, has as its object the carrying out of the research activity specified below:• Carrying out of partial melting and crystallization experiments using a piston-cylinder apparatus;• preparation of synthetic and natural starting materials• characterization of experimental products and natural samples using FE-SEM, electron microprobe, LAICP- MS, Raman spectroscopy, and NanoSIMS• geochemical modelling and comparison between experimental and natural data• presentation of results at scientific conferences and publication of articles in international peer-reviewed journals.
