Description

The research aims to deepen current themes and actions developed within DORIAN Project, Action 4.2, in relation to the design and the transformation of open spaces for thecontemporary city. The case study elected for the research is the city of Pavia, where some experimentations are already on-going (at different levels of in-depth study and design). The research focuses on specific aspects such as participatory aspects related to bottom-up practices and/or proposed by the local community, also in relation to climate change. The relationship of these practices with the DT under development can provide for different tools and processes aimed at developing interactions and bidirectional flows between the physical transformation of space and its digital model.
