Description
The research program aims to design and develop software architectures, computational methodologies and artificial intelligence systems for the acquisition, integration and analysis of heterogeneous data generated throughout the plant protein supply chain. The activities will address data collected from field sensors and IoT/IoE devices, agronomic monitoring systems, chemical and metabolomic analyses, production processes and environmental sustainability indicators. The program will include the development of machinelearning models and decision-support systems for crop monitoring,early detection of plant stress and diseases, prediction of environmental performance and digital traceability of production batches.
