Description

The activity is carried out within the framework of the GLioScreen project and aims to develop a precision medicine pathway for glioblastoma by integrating clinical, radiological, molecular, multi-omics, imaging, and liquid biopsy data.Predictive and prognostic models based on explainable artificial intelligence will be developed and validated to estimate recurrence, survival, and response to treatments. The models will be tested on retrospective data and/or public datasets, with particular attention to the robustness, interpretability, and transferability of the results. The final objective is to develop interpretable indicators and a dashboard integrating agentic AI to support clinicians without replacing their clinical evaluation.
