Description
The research activities are aimed at the definition and field validation of an advanced digital platform for sustainable agriculture, based on the analysis of agri-food products through the use of non-targeted analytical techniques. The outcomes will be analyzed and translated into technical and functional specifications, thereby contributing to the definition of use scenarios and application cases. Based on the empirical evidence collected, the researcher will develop recommendations for improving the technological solutions and contribute to the production of scientific outputs, including technical reports, guidelines, and articles, of relevance to the academic community and policymakers.
