Evolution of the “Be-Green” Project: Promoting Environmental Competence and Culture 2

In line with ENI S.p.A.’s corporate objectives for environmental sustainability, and in continuity with previous projects — REACT EU–PON “Research and Innovation 2014–2020” and Work Order 4310733286 — the research programme aims to strengthen environmental and preventive culture in Eni workplaces by promoting pro-environmental behaviours, workers’ awareness, and the ability to detect weak signals, near misses, and conditions that may be potentially harmful to the environment. The project proposes the extension of the CON2PRESA intervention model-Knowing, Contributing and Preventing to Safeguard the Environment in the Workplace — based on principles from the metacognitive psychology of learning and environmental psychology.
