Finding ALK and JAK/STAT3 microenvironment-based Synthetic lethal Targets to eradicate Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma
The project aims to study persistence to treatment with crizotinib or ruxolitinib in preclinical models of Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL) carrying or not ALK aberrations. The objective is to develop personalized therapeutic combinations to prevent relapses through three key steps:• Microenvironment study: Analyze the bidirectional communication between ALCL cells and the stroma during ALK and JAK/STAT3 inhibition.• Target identification: Identify synthetic lethal co-dependencies mediated by the stromal niche.• Therapeutic validation: Test novel drug combinations in in vitro co-culture models and in vivo models.
