The Research examines the impact of digital transformation and innovation on the world of work and on organizational models, exploring the evolution of working methods, forms of flexibility, and human resource management practices within the context of major international trends and European policies. In particular, the Research pursues the following objectives: analyze the transformation of work in response to technological innovation, exploring the organizational and human resource management strategies adopted at both national and international level; map the evolution and spread of the most recent forms of workplace flexibility, from smart working to the four-day week, also through comparison across different national contexts; examine the impact, benefits, and challenges arising from new technologies on work organization, human resource management practices, and policies supporting digital transformation
