Design of an agentic-AI multimodal prototype for the delivery of personalized training content in the field of Occupational Health and Safety in industrial settings

The research aims to investigate the design of an Agentic AI system based on Large Language Models (LLM) and Vision Language Models (VLM) for providing personalized training programs in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) within industrial environments.Specifically, the research will develop an intelligent agent capable of dynamically adapting content, interaction modalities, and training strategies to the individual characteristics of workers, taking into account the user profile, the operational context, and the educational goals.The research will focus on the following aspects:- Study of Agentic AI architectures based on LLMs and VLMs for industrial applications.- Definition of personalization models.- Definition of system evaluation methodologies.- Functional design of an experimental multimodal agent prototype
