Multidimensional platform to investigate human genes associated with autism spectrum disorders

The contract is related to the research project entitled "Multidimensional Platform toInvestigate Human Genes Associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders", which focuses on investigating the role of the DDX53 gene in autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The project aims to characterize the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying DDX53 function through the use of advanced human experimental models, with the objective of elucidating the contribution of its dysregulation to neurodevelopmental processes, identifying the biological pathways involved, and defining the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the neurobehavioral manifestations associated with ASD.
