Customer Perceptions of Sustainability Initiatives The research project aims to explore customer perceptions (final consumers and industrial customers),toward firms’ sustainability initiatives through surveys, and to develop an innovative qualitative-quantitative model that evaluates the business impact of investments in these initiatives.
