Description
The project aims at exploring the individual and or-ganizational responses in highly uncertain contexts. More specifically, the project focuses on the recent Middle Eastern conflict. In this framework, the capac-ity to reconfigure activities, individual leadership and entrepreneurial skills are highly challenged. This topic has been scarcely studied so far, and it can provide useful insights to theory and policy making.
