Description

Title of the project:"Developing innovative business model for bio-based and in-soil biodegradable applications in crop production". INSOIL aims to replace widespread single-use agricultural plastics with safe, sustainable, bio-based and in-soil biodegradable solutions by developing and validating three families of agriproducts. The activities to be carried out are: (1) update target markets and regional/agronomic needs, integrating the social assessment; (2) define exploitation strategies for each product family (value proposition, market entry, long-term impact); (3) conduct market research and financial analysis; (4) define partnerships, stakeholder engagement actions, risk assessment and mitigation measures; (5) update the Exploitation Plan and support the methodology for Circular Business Models; (6) liaise with project partners and participate in project meetings.
