Description
The postdoc will be responsible for the development and implementation of the project's experimental activities.The candidate must have expertise in the chemistry of natural organic compounds, optimization of extraction procedures using statistical approaches, and characterization of extracted compounds using mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance techniques. Expertise in the development of nanoencapsulation systems for subsequent delivery will also be required
