Description
Preparation of new bioconjugates with antitumor activity composed by cleavable and non-cleavable linkers connected to different payloads. The project involves the synthesis and characterization of the linker–payload systems and their bioconjugation to different types of antibodies in different positions. In addition, purification and characterization of the resulting bioconjugates are planned
