Description
The research activity will focuson classical issues belonging to the traditional philosophical-legal and legal-theoreticalreflection, paying particular attention to a historical-philosophical and genealogicalapproach. More specifically, the research aims to investigate the roots of some categoriesand coordinates that crucially inform the legal normativity, such as, for example, theconnection between normativity and spatiality or the idea of “institution”, or, moregenerally, the relationship between legal “form” and the historical dimension.
