Description
The project “The Use of Wood in New Construction: A System Dynamics Model for Carbon Neutrality. Application Scenarios with Analysis of Recurring Critical Issues” examines the application of System Dynamics models to the design of new buildings, with a particular focus on the use of wood as a building material from the perspective of climate neutrality and the reduction of the carbon footprint throughout the building’s life cycle. As part of the research, the post-doc position (A) involves the development and application of methodological approaches and advanced analytical tools to support the design and evaluation of sustainable building solutions, including through the integration of digital components and interpretive models of complex processes. This position also involves participation in scientific, educational, and third-mission activities of the CEAR-08/C disciplinary research group based at the Department of Architecture.
