Pica CodE: IPD-2026-023 - Deciphering the Role of Microbially-driven Inflammation in Modulating DNMT3A-Deficient Leukemic Evolution
Scientific-Disciplinary Group
05/BIOS-10 - Cellular And Experimental Biology
Description
The appointee of the assignment will carry out experimental research activities at the facility indicated, in the field of cell biology applied to models of myeloproliferative neoplasms, with particular focus on studying the cellular mechanisms underlying the evolution from a pre-tumoral condition to advanced stages of the disease. The use of cellular and molecular biology techniques is also planned, including flow cytometry and confocal microscopy, cell cultures of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, the use and development of bone marrow organoid culture models, the development of additional models of clonal hematopoiesis, lineage tracing methods, and gene expression analysis, including single cell transcriptomics.
