Description
The project aims to improve the current “reverse genetic” paradigm guiding the clinical use of targeted therapies and seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of a functional genomics platform for the identification of new potential therapeutic strategies in cancer, by integrating molecular and functional features. The combined analysis of data obtained from primary samples of solid tumors and hematopoietic tissue may enable the identification of innovative pathogenic mechanisms and new targets for targeted therapies
