Posted on: 07/04/2026
Deadline: 08/05/2026
Scientific-Disciplinary Group
03/CHEM-02 - Physical Chemistry
Description
The research program is focused on thedevelopment and optimization ofoptoelectronic devices such asphotodiodes based on wide-bandgapperovskites, with particular attention totheir optical and electronic properties. Theactivity includes the design, synthesis, andcharacterization of advanced perovskitematerials and their integration into highperformanceoptoelectronic devices. Thinfilmdeposition techniques, spectroscopicand electrical characterization, andmorphological analysis will be employed tounderstand the operating mechanisms anddegradation processes of the materials.
