Floating Car Data (FCD) collected by probe vehicles that serve as mobile sensors in traffic flow provide near-real-time data without the need to install fixed sensors on the roadway. In online applications, FCDs are primarily used with data-driven models such as time series, clustering, and neural networks, although it is possible to match the structure of the transportation network with that of the forecasting model. In offline applications, FCDs are typically used to calibrate or validate vehicle speeds or trajectories.The proposed approach instead aims to integrate individual observed data (positions, speeds, trajectories) into the methodology for formulating and applying the simulation model
