Description
The selected candidate willcarry out research activities within the scientific-disciplinary sector PSIC-03/B WORKAND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY, with particular focus on the processes ofcontemporary labour precarisation, investigating elements of vulnerability andsupport/wellbeing in heterogeneous, fragile and/or atypical organisational contexts(such as professions in the educational, training, and sports sectors). The candidate willcontribute to the development of an innovative theoretical positioning on the coreconstructs of the research, integrating the psychosociological dimensions (individual,relational, organisational, and institutional) of precarisation processes.
