This project is based on investigating the function of the T-dark gene LRCH2 in cerebellar morphogenesis, with a particular focus on Purkinje neurons, among the most complex cells in the nervous system. The project will involve the generation of LRCH2 knockout and mutant models using air–liquid interface cerebellar organoids to model LRCH2-dependent ataxia
