The selection process is a comparative evaluation based on qualifications and an interview, managed by a Selection Committee of three experts appointed after the application deadline. The Committee has a total of 100 points: a maximum of 50 points assigned to qualifications (including PhD, curriculum vitae, and up to 5 publications) and a maximum of 50 points for the interview, which may also be held remotely. The minimum eligibility threshold is 70/100.The Committee must conclude its work by June 30, 2026. At the end of the process, a merit ranking is established based on the total score; in the event of a tie, priority is given to the younger candidate. The administration may disqualify a candidate at any time for failure to meet administrative requirements.
