Visual perceptual tests of WT and Scn2a+/- rats; neuronal recordings from those same rats using Neuropixels probes; analysis of the acquired behavioral and neurophysiological data using statistical methods and machine learning approaches (such as classifiers, PCA, clustering methods, etc)
