Description
The research activity will focus on the multidisciplinary integration of cognitive neuroscience, immersive virtual reality, and psychophysiology, with particular emphasis on the influence of bodily self-consciousness on moral decision-making processes. The activity includes the design and development of immersive experimental protocols in Unity 3D, the acquisition of kinematic data through Xsens inertial motion capture systems, and the creation of virtual agents using Character Creator and Blender. The research activity interfaces immersive experimental protocols with the recording and analysis of psychophysiological signals — including ECG, GSR, and EEG — through MATLAB and Python, as well as in advanced statistical modelling in R.
